Abstract

The employees of a company have that ability to reason and react to changes, beyond just having an acquired character. These are difficult times for the world, but within these adversities, they have had to adapt to great changes. Reinforce known hygiene measures, and prepare for the unexpected, from adapting to the use of technological platforms as a means of work contact, adapting to new laws and living in isolation. At this point, the resilience of employees and companies was tested. For this study, the objective of the research was to learn about the experiences of employers and workers in the pandemic and their adaptation to teleworking. For this, a qualitative research was carried out. The study covers the year 2020, applying the survey technique through interviews with x subgroups of workers about their experience with teleworking. The most important results determined that it is necessary to invest in the training and digital transformation of workers and companies, respectively, regardless of exceptional situations, so it can be concluded that the pandemic shows this lack in this transformation.
