Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze a proposal for territorial planning between the geographical spaces and the tourist activity of the corregimiento de las Margaritas District of Chepo. In this sense, in the tourism industry, the demand is made up of both domestic and foreign tourists who visit the country. In this industry, instead of exporting products, consumers are the ones who move towards tourist attractions. What is relevant about the quality of demand in the proposed conceptual model is the level of demand that an industry has from the clients it directly serves. Based on this, in tourism the basic factors that allow the development of a country are its patrimonial legacy of natural, archaeological and cultural wealth. However, the competitiveness of a country or region resides rather in the quality of the specialized factors that allow its heritage to be valued. assets above countries with a similar legacy Human resources with tourism training Infrastructure designed to make natural attractions accessible Capital markets adequate to finance long-term tourism projects Adequate levels of personal security and high coverage of public support services are examples of this type of specialized factors From this approach, the methodology used in this article was of a bibliographic type, taking content analysis and the observation technique as instruments. .
