Abstract

The objective of this article is to present the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Knowledge and Communication Management Model with Microsoft 365 for the administrative units of the Faculty of Computing, Electronics and Communication (FIEC) on the Central Campus. This was achieved after carrying out a diagnosis of the situation of knowledge management and communication, in which it was found that the exchange of information between the administrative units of the FIEC, both internal and external, does not cover all management needs. of knowledge and communication, and that there is no structured work methodology, which justifies the implementation of a work model that guarantees better control of information in the faculty. To implement the model, the Microsoft 365 platform was used and all personnel involved in it were trained. The results of the evaluation show that the implementation of the work model has significantly improved daily administrative and academic processes, in addition, the use of Microsoft 365 as a collaborative work platform in the cloud made it possible to automate processes and improve control of knowledge management and communication within the faculty.
