Standardization of export processes to reduce delivery times, by sea, of the products of the factory doors 507, Panama 2022-2023. The objective of the investigation is to standardize the export processes to reduce delivery times, sea shipment of products from the factory doors 507. The standardization process guarantees the reduction of times and uniformity in the production of goods or services through the creation and application of norms and standards in different areas. The managers of this company seek to establish common methods and criteria that must be followed to achieve a consistent and high-quality final result. The exports of 507 Doors represent 60% of the annual income, which is why it is one of the processes that is sought to be optimized. Currently Puertas 507 does not have process standardization in any area, the methodology used in this research has a quantitative, cross-sectional, prospective and experimental approach with an explanatory level. Within the results obtained through the instrument of a questionnaire and the survey technique, 11 activities of the export process were identified, which were mapped in the Bisagi Modeler software and the process performance indicator was created, which measures the delivery time. of the orders. Once the process was standardized, delivery times to customers were reduced by 26%, from the moment the purchase order is received until the delivery is completed. It was able to conclude that through the standardization of the process and the creation of the KPIs it was possible to reduce the times in the export processes of the Puertas 507 factory, the investigation helped the management to make decisions that contributed to the reduction of times and to expand the international clients according to the capacity of the factory.
