Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to demonstrate that there is a relationship between the study variables, where a business model and managerial decision-making are essential to obtain good profitability in emerging companies in the rural sector. The business model is important because it describes the rationality of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value, which is generated from a unique combination of resources and capabilities and on the other hand, decisions influence those combinations to obtain the best possible value. utility. It was carried out in 6 companies, the type of research is inductive, descriptive quasi-experimental method where a qualitative approach is proposed through information from scientific articles from indexed journals and publications of a research development nature of the study variables. The information collected through an interview with the entrepreneurs of these businesses was taken as a sample. A measurement instrument was designed and developed, which in turn demonstrates its validity and reliability through a quantitative analysis, to later explain the relationship to be studied using data. The final results show the connection between the variables and its importance for good profitability in companies in rural sectors. In addition, an interaction model of the main factors that influence the general process of the company is proposed, such as the incidence of strategic decisions in internal and external studies, as a tool for analysis and improvement.
