Water is essential for life and for the development of societies, therefore, its distribution is the main process so that all people have access to this vital liquid, the objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of improvement due to evil drinking water distribution service provided by the National Aqueducts and Sewers Institute (IDDAN), the methodology was designed based on a qualitatively focused deductive method to develop a descriptive and cross-sectional study, for which books, articles, thesis, briefing notes, etc. and it is carried out because the malfunction of the distribution service greatly affects the Panamanian population. And, therefore, it was deduced that the main problems faced by the drinking water distribution service provided by IDAAN are the lack of access roads for the installation of drinking water and the lack of aqueduct infrastructure for the distribution of the vital liquid. For these reasons, we can conclude that the main key to solving this problem is to achieve the mission of the organization and direct the service to the scope of the vision, and subsequently achieve satisfaction in customers who felt distrustful of the service due to their problems. distribution, quality, water supply, and poor care.
