Abstract

In this essay, the crime of revealing business secrets is analyzed, highlighting its importance as an attack on the economic order, indicating that it is a fact known as business or industrial espionage, which affects the economic order and violates the rights of economic agents , by seizing information that must be kept secret, and at the same time the author with a criminal political vision proposes that a review of the different criminal types related to disclosure of secrets that are collected in a scattered manner in criminal legislation and that for This is essential for the legislator to issue a law on the protection of business secrets that covers all kinds of secrets in the technological, scientific, industrial, commercial, organizational or financial order but also of another nature, as has happened in comparative law.
