Criminal protection against attacks on individual freedom not only includes the illegal deprivation of liberty, but also another multiplicity of criminal behaviors in which the common core is to punish all those acts that affect the individual freedom of the passive subject, that is, freedom of movement, although they also stand out among the same differentiating features, as happens with the crime of kidnapping, which is the agent's motive for profit, while in illegal detentions, the agent is not responsible for the deprivation of freedom in a penitentiary center, but it does nothing to put an end to that irregularity that
affects the passive subject.
