When talking about trends, it is taken into account that this term is linked to the new digital era, that is, it refers to all those new tools that become important to promote strategies, on this occasion, the need to incorporate new trends is addressed. in public relations, communication and digital events, since it is a fact that the world has changed in recent years. It is important to be aware of these, because they are of great help to build customer loyalty and stay competitive against other companies. This article presents these new trends in detail, so that public relations professionals, communicators and organizers of digital events can incorporate them to their benefit. The explanatory study was used, since with this method it was possible to collect the necessary information to strengthen this research. Bibliographic citations will be presented to give credibility to this study, since each citation was of great support for its development.
