The present study shows an analysis of the consumption and production of alcohol, an original database of alcohol consumption for the production of liquor in Panama registered in the National Institute of Statistics and Census is initially suspected, and thus understand the trend of production. so that its finding allows selecting methods that theoretically have been used with acceptable precision with series of similar characteristics, also in order to determine the forecasts for the following quarters, these collected data were studied using the Eview Software and Microsoft Excel as a tool that contains the main quantitative methods for research using the time series model. It is worth mentioning that there was a shortage in how many investigations and economic information focused on the area of ??alcohol production and consumption in Panama. In the introductory framework, a brief introduction is given about the topic that will be handled and the methodology used is presented, the results that were selected for the forecast are shown, followed by the conclusions.
