Innovation in teaching is a crucial topic today, since education is constantly evolving to adapt to the changing needs of students and society in general. Education administration plays a critical role in this area, providing the framework and resources necessary to foster the successful implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches. By facilitating communication and collaboration between teachers, administrators and other educational actors, the administration can create an environment conducive to experimentation and the adoption of new educational strategies. In addition, the proper allocation of resources and strategic planning are essential aspects of educational administration that can influence the ability of institutions to embrace innovation. On the other hand, teacher motivation plays a crucial role in educational innovation. Educators who feel motivated and engaged tend to be more willing to try new approaches to their teaching. Professional autonomy and recognition by the administration and the educational community can boost teacher motivation. From this approach, the methodology used in this article was of a bibliographic type, taking content analysis and the observation technique as instruments.
