The present work is an attempt to know and highlight the changes and organizational processes that have been generated in the post-pandemic period and how they have influenced the development of business in general. We made a review of all the available literature within our reach, which could help us to interpret, on the one hand, the meaning and value of Organizational Development (OD) in business strategies, aimed at improving production processes and services, and on the other hand, the other, how OD was a vital tool for many companies to survive during the pandemic stage; and now, when the public health contingency begins to be overcome, it becomes a fundamental piece to find and identify the changes and transformations that have demonstrated their relevance in the new realities that have been taking shape. The post-pandemic period has shown that both companies and organizations must give a high priority to strengthening leadership, the commitment of their employees to their values and business objectives, as well as promoting social responsibility, protecting the environment, team integration, where motivation and communication are firm bulwarks. The decisive role of the constant incorporation of technology and digital platforms to facilitate, among other things, electronic commerce, is one of the main conclusions of this work.
