Pregnancy in adolescence is a global social and public health problem, and according to WHO in 2019, statistics in Latin America and the Caribbean have the second highest rate in the world. In this sense, the purpose of this intervention project was to implement an educational program that would help to modify the knowledge of young people of the Las Minas Professional and Technical Institute, Herrera province, on pregnancy in adolescence. Within the planned activities, the development, monitoring and evaluation of each is systematized. It worked with 25 teenagers; and with 19 teachers. The sample was taken from all students enrolled in the third year, taken randomly through the 25 participants topical method, of which they met the profile of the teenager. Among the results: an increase in the level of knowledge, in terms of sex education, was achieved. It thus contributes to the efforts joined by various entities in the search for strategies to reduce global and national statistics, to have sexually healthy adolescents.
