LA INTENCIÓN DE COMPRA EN LA LOGÍSTICA DE LA CADENA DE SUMINISTRO DE NANO-STORE

RESUMEN
Este documento tiene como objetivo principal revisar la postura y la evidencia científica sobre la intención de compra en la logística de la cadena de suministro de nano-store. Debido a que dichos conceptos no están claramente definidos en la literatura especializada, lo que supone proporcionar una visión general dentro de este campo, evidenciando que tipo de conceptos se han explorado, cuáles son los principales hallazgos y qué métodos de investigación se han usado. Para dar respuesta a este problema se plantea las directrices de la metodología PRISMA. Los resultados más sobresalientes se enfocaron en los atributos que deben poseer los nano-store para que la intención de compra entre en efecto. El método estadístico que predominó en los estudios fue el método de ecuaciones estructurales. Por otra parte, no se encontró estudios que profundizan de manera directa en la logística y la cadena de suministro, si no, de manera indirecta. Dichos hallazgos consideran recomendar más investigaciones en este campo logístico, donde se observó una clara problemática subyacente en la cadena de suministro, debido a las características propias de los nano-store.
