Abstract

Audiovisual production has undergone a revolution due to the rapid advancement of emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), and augmented reality (AR). This preliminary study, based on a comprehensive literature review and interviews with industry experts, examines how these technologies are transforming content creation and consumption. Key findings include the use of VR for immersive experiences, AI for automating post-production tasks, and AR for enhancing narratives. Ethical and labor concerns are also addressed, highlighting the need for regulatory frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical use of these technologies in the future.
