The main objective of this study was to examine the role of corporate communication and public relations in the business development of insurance companies in the Veraguas region, and how these strategies can provide a competitive advantage.
Through, a rigorous methodological approach, a wide range of primary and secondary sources were collected and analyzed. The application of an instrument (questionnaire) to the collaborators and professionals of the insurers of Veraguas, allows collecting the primary information necessary to carry out the analysis that shows the reality of this sector on the topic studied, also for this study the sources were analyzed. secondary ones made up of documents that are related to the primary aspects and that allow clarifying the concepts and context of the research.
The conclusions of this study highlight the fundamental importance of corporate communication and public relations in the business development of Veraguas insurers. These strategies were found to play a crucial role in building a solid image and positive reputation, determining factors in a highly competitive market.
This study demonstrates that corporate communication and public relations are essential strategies in the business development of Veraguas insurance companies. Its effective implementation provides a competitive advantage by establishing a strong image, strengthening internal and external relationships, and adapting to changes in the business environment. Insurers that use these strategies effectively will be better prepared to meet competitive challenges and achieve success in an ever-evolving market.
