Kolb's learning styles theory and the synergistic theory or concentrated effort theory involve perceptual and active reactions in individuals, in addition to everything related to the synergistic, interrelated process, which entails intensity, breadth, and depth in professional and academic performance. This is achieved through student learning and is applied continuously and permanently in the Field Topography, Architectural Design Workshop, and Construction Workshop courses of the Bachelor's Degree in Buildings at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the San Miguelito Regional University Center of the University of Panama. These techniques respond to group learning methods and the principle of scaling, which involves progression and transformation, analyzed from a psychosocial perspective. For this study, classroom observations, data collection, and analysis were carried out, which are necessary to specifically present the methods used, also known as fieldwork, in road construction or the construction of structures or buildings.
