Abstract

This research aimed to understand the levels of correlation between self-efficacy and vocational maturity among the students of 90 Colegio Secundario La Peña, 2023. It is a descriptive correlational study with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), and a non-experimental research design. The sample consisted of students. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to establish the levels of relationship between the two variables. The vocational self-efficacy scale by Filippis (2017) and the vocational maturity questionnaire by López (2017) were employed. The results indicated that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and vocational maturity in 90th-grade students. Based on these results, it is concluded that self-efficacy is related to vocational maturity, providing knowledge and strengths that will aid them in choosing their career choice.
