Abstract

This is an exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional study that seeks to understand how virtual classes impact university students at the Coclé Regional University Center, especially Afro-descendant students; during the COVID-19 Pandemic period. Virtual classes have allowed (with their contradictions) that the rural and Afro-descendant population have greater access to the educational and cultural goods provided by the University of Panama.
