Water continues to be one of the main elements that generate conflicts globally. But
it is not the water per se that generates the conflict, but the way in which the ways of
managing its use and the administration that is given to it in relation to people and
communities are organized. This article presents different aspects of a problem that has
increased over the years, so much so that today there is talk of water conflicts for the
right to life and that it is one of the socio-environmental conflicts that has generated the
most protests. in recent years above other social problems that demand a solution such
as crime, corruption among others. A virtual survey was carried out between the months
of February and March 2023, in which 76 people from 8 districts of the Arraiján district
participated. We will analyze the responses and we will delve into an approach to the
problem of the water phenomenon in this district of the Panamanian metropolis.
