Abstract

The whole world has suffered the ravages of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19, the impact on the economy of all countries has been severe, the Ecuadorian society has not escaped this crisis, and if we add the fact that Ecuador had a growing unemployment in recent years, we find an alarming reality. That is why there has been the creation of many microenterprises, people who have lost their source of income, are engaged in entrepreneurship in order to improve their economy. In this context the business of "El Chicherito" was created, which is a natural handmade drink, made from rice, which is sold on a tricycle in the city of Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, its flavor and presentation have made it has a favorable reception by the population.
