The present study carried out in Panama, specifically in the province of Los Santos, district of Las Tablas, Regional University Center of Los Santos, seeks to determine the level of knowledge management of digital formats with the option of saving, editing, and sharing files on Google Drive by the students of the Master's Degree in Higher Education of the year 2020, since they are unaware of the management of the technological techniques and strategies of this tool. Several causes have been identified, such as traditional study methods that indicate that some students need to improve in the management of technological techniques and strategies, resulting in a lack of knowledge of the benefits of interactivity. Google Drive technology is a virtual learning tool with which they can obtain new methodologies in real-time, such as carrying out large projects more agilely, reducing time, and holding conferences with exchanges of ideas based on their study topics. In short, multiple activities are beneficial in communicating by exchanging and sharing their ideas or work, setting a precedent that can transform the tool into a collaborative form of learning for students and teachers, strengthening the teaching process. This research study is quantitative, which allows us to collect data based on numerical measurements. The statistical analysis is established with a probabilistic, simple random sample to establish behavioral patterns. The purpose of this research is to make Google Drive known as a virtual learning tool and thus ensure that the students of the master’s degree in Higher Education of this Regional Study Center use it.
