This is a young patient with a Placental Site Trophoblastic Tumor who wished to preserve her fertility and was managed with cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy, achieving a complete response. She experienced hemorrhage as a result of tumor necrosis, which was successfully managed with embolization, avoiding a hysterectomy. After 2 years of follow-up, she discontinued contraception and achieved a spontaneous pregnancy that ended in an elective cesarean section with a healthy, full-term neonate.
