We present a case of an abdominopelvic mass and markedly elevated serum CA-125 levels, leading to a high suspicion of ovarian cancer. Surgery was performed, and histopathological examination revealed a borderline serous tumor of the ovary. During follow-up, CA-125 levels gradually decreased to normal levels.
