The endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is an invasive procedure tor the diagnostic and treatment of diverse pathologies of the liver, bile ducts and pancreas; although it has demonstrated through the time its security, it is not free of complications. This is a clinical case presentation of a lemale patient with pain in the right lower quadrant, nauseas and vomits with dilatation of the bile ducts post - cholecystectomy and alter studies an ERCP is done. Duodenal perforation post ERCP is diagnosed and conservative management of the lesion is decided with excellent results. Literature is reviewed and the management of duodenal perforations post ERCP is discussed.
