Epithelioma cuniculatum constitutes an unusual variant of squamous cell carcinoma. This is a report of the case of a patient with a longstanding verrucous lesion located in the sole of his right loot, between the fourth and fifth toe, which extended forming a vegetating mass. Numerous pathologic studies finally yielded the diagnosis of verrucous carcinoma, and it was treated successlully with topic 5-lluouracil.
