The computed tomography and the nuclear magnetic resonance of the brain show a right frontal tumoral injury. The thoracic computed tomography revealed multiple salid nodular injuries in both lungs that suggested metastasis. By relating the cliníc history to the imagenology, we concluded that this patient has a metastatic brain tumor. This patient is referred to the Instituto Oncológico Nacional for radiotherapy and palliative realme. A bibliographical review of this case is underway.
