This is the case of a 57-year-old male with recently diagnosed HIV, a health care worker with 1-month history of weight loss and respiratory symptoms. Cryobiopsy is performed to isolate Pneumocystisin a histopathological sample. Cryobiopsy is a relativelynew method that allows the obtention of larger samples, thus increasing the diagnostic sensitivity to 95-100% in indeterminate interstitial lung disease.
