Abstract

Theoretically analyzing the insertion of the legal language in virtual training environments corresponds to the purpose of this article. For this, the qualitative approach that guides the type of theoretical documentary research supported by a descriptive, cross-sectional bibliographic design is considered. The data collection techniques and instruments used are direct observation, content analysis, and a registration matrix for the secondary information sources reviewed. From a time point of view, the sample covers the literature consulted from 2019 to 2021. As final considerations, the most interesting opportunities of virtual learning environments are proposed is that they facilitate the use of innovative and creative strategies, rethinking methodological approaches of teaching in the process of inserting a consonant legal language, not only in the attention of its formal nature, but also of social understanding.
