Abstract

The Human Resources Department in organizations is considered one of the most important and key subsystems to select and guarantee the recruitment and selection process of human capital, in its performance and improvement. The objective of the study was to analyze whether outsourcing services have a favorable impact on the process of recruiting and selecting personnel. For this, a methodology based on data analysis procedures and a qualitative and quantitative approach was carried out; It is of a descriptive nature, based on the bibliographic review of important contributions in the area object of this study. The survey system was used with questions made according to the objective of the study, with questions designed using 3 dimensions: Knowledge of outsourcing, Productivity and Performance. The results addressed the phenomenon of outsourcing and later the data from the survey was broken down, concluding that the implementation of outsourcing services in the company is a good option to improve internal aspects that require support and timely responses that contribute to achieving the objectives. organizations, because it is a reliable resource.
