Abstract

Educational supervision is today submerged in what we call the knowledge society, closely related to the rapid changes in innovations, technologies, communication and research, which directly affect supervisors, teachers and educational centers and therefore students, we are in a digitized world, which is why the supervisor must be in this constant improvement, in the digitalized world, to acquire the technical and personal capacity, to accompany the actors of the educational system. The important thing is to be prepared for social changes, to be aware that our students have new needs that are linked to ICTs (Technology, Information and Communication), the role of the supervisor will continue to be the search for improvement of the continuous learning processes and to become aware of the needs of the students and guide them in the new advances.
