and perceived by the population. This process was developed through research encompassing planning, execution, and evaluation phases. This methodology allowed us to characterize, measure, and explain the community's health-disease profile to evaluate its determinants. The process facilitated the identification of health priorities and the selection of relevant interventions. A mixed-method (quantitative and qualitative), descriptive, cross-sectional study design was applied, which included phases of recognition, research, implementation, and monitoring of educational strategies. For data collection, a Google Forms questionnaire was used, and the information was processed in Excel to generate statistical tables and graphs for subsequent analysis.
