The daily concentrations of PM in Panama City were studied from January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2022, which translates into many data: 6,209. The PM concentration curve versus day of year is indicative of high daily atmospheric pollution by Particulate Material (PM). Its variation allows us to suggest that we have four annual meteorological periods with a certain stable probabilistic behavior, but with great dispersion. These are the dry season with allotropic behavior, the transition season with linear decrease, the moderate rainy season, and the intense rainy season, both together with sinusoidal variation. A high inverse PM correlation was found with relative humidity and precipitation, a high direct correlation with temperature and wind speed, and no correlation with pressure and wind direction. That high correlation between PM and the meteorological variables, indicates that the PM pollution contributes to climate change.
