EGE Fortuna, S.A. made an environmental audit in Fortune complex to elaborate an adaptation plan and environmental handling procedures. For the first time in Panama this included a low frequency and heigh intensity no ionizing radiation audit, being an historical reference for the environmental politics in the region. The authors disigned, applied and validated a method for these measurements for future recommendations to take into account in the plan and environmental handling procedures to avoid stochastics effects of the radiations in a rational way of the precaution principle.
