Fürstenberg (Acevedo, 2002) defined a particular topology ? on the ring of integer numbers to give a beautiful proof of the infinitude of the prime numbers. Fürstenberg too indicated that the topological space (Z ?) is metrizable. The aim of this work is to examine the known metrizations of the Fürstenberg’s space and establish some results about it.
