This study evaluates interior solar exposure, natural lighting, and ventilation potential in the apartments of the P.H. Elite 500 and P.H. Ocean Front buildings by applying a simplified conceptual model for analyzing the building envelope. To this end, a three-dimensional model was developed using Autodesk Revit software, from which solar projection in the various interior spaces was simulated. The results indicate that the P.H. Ocean Front building presents more favorable ventilation and lighting conditions due to its spatial configuration; however, both buildings experience significant direct solar radiation during various periods of the day and lack effective shading devices.
