Urban morphology and land use express the conception or genesis of neighborhoods and the evolution of cities. In addition, both have a direct influence on the behavior of its inhabitants and users. This study characterizes the urban morphology of a sector between the neiborhoods of Cangrejo and Carmen, in Bella Vista district, in Panama City. The goal is to collect data and current parameters of the urban morphology of the sector such as the Sky View Factor (SVF), orientation of the road fabric, pedestrian permeability, the size of the blocks, the plant mass, among other aspects. These data will help to better understand the social and economic dynamics of the sector and will mainly serve as the basis for future studies and interventions. The partial results highlight that the block parallel to the Transismica and Ramón Arias Avenue, is the largest block with an area of more than 80,000m2. In addition, it was observed that the percentage of green areas comprises 2.34% and has a permeable area of 4.61% of the sector.
