The present study analyzed the architectural design of the residential P.H. Central Park and its potential influence on the environmental comfort of one of the apartments in the tower complex. This set of towers is located in Pueblo Nuevo in Panama City, close to the 12 de Octubre metro station. From the architectural plans and a georeferenced 3D modeling of the complex, the direct solar incidence in apartment 9F (9th floor) of the Lexington Tower was evaluated. The results indicate that the thermal and light comfort in the main bedroom of said apartment is influenced by the orientation and location of the Tower and especially by the absence of shading elements on its frontage.
