It is difficult for pedestrians to walk through Panama City safely and comfortably, because, with the growth of the city, pedestrians have been segregated, giving more importance to vehicles. The behavior of pedestrians is directly related to the surrounding conditions (pedestrian crossings, pavement widths, green areas, traffic lights, etc.). The present work developed a study of pedestrian mobility, which quantifies the number of pedestrians, their respective routes and observe the quality of the infrastructure and the urban environment to briefly evaluate their influences on the pedestrian routes. Videos from ATTT road control cameras were used in the Bella Vista area, at the intersection of Calle José de Fábregas with Av. Manuel Espinosa Batista and, from the latter with Av. Federico Boyd and Vía España. Different periods were evaluated in order to compare the pedestrian flow in each one of them. The highest pedestrian flow was identified on the sidewalk of Iglesia del Carmen Subway Station (with 708 pedestrians) and along the sidewalk of the Crown Plaza Hotel with 151 pedestrians.
