This article aims to document pedestrian mobility in the vicinity of the Plaza Regency building. This building has a transitional space (a covered sidewalk) in the shape of a "U" that forms a small square and also has an external sidewalk parallel to the Vía España Avenue. Three strategically located filming cameras were used to document the flow of pedestrians from the building's transitional space and the external sidewalk.
