This study focuses on Calle 13 of Colon, since it brings together a series of factors that make it a site of great interest and importance, as they are: 4 access to Zona Libre of Colon, a direct connection with the cruise port in the province, a baseball stadium, and a direct access to the transport terminal. All these indicators tell us that Calle 13 maintains a fluid and constant passage of pedestrians and vehicles. However, the features of the site do not meet the needs of users. With the idea of ??improving this situation, the objective of this work is to propose design guidelines through an urban study, to redesign the public easement, giving priority to the pedestrian over the automobile.
