The epistemology of law is extremely varied. Currently there are many currents of thought and ways of conceiving the law, which really makes us think that we must renew the traditional conception or Kelsen's theory about the systematic ordering of law, where there is a rule par excellence that is the constitution.
Supervenience is a metaphysical concept where dependence exists on the relationship of high and low order factors. There may be strong or weak or partially weak supervenience. Hence, supervenience is the (...) set of properties of one type and the set of properties of another type. While a good variety of theses on supervenience have been proposed, they all converge on a given interpretation of the notion of dependence. ((Rodrigo, 2015) -
This research work is based on the reading of the monograph entitled supervenience and legal content of Enrique Villanueva, a very dense and interesting scientific article.
