In the field of spatial and personal validity of Panamanian criminal law, it is based on general principles that indicate that Panamanian criminal law applies to all acts committed in our territory and that all people are equal before the Law, without However, an assessment of the current regulations allows us to appreciate that there are limitations, of an international normative order, while, in terms of criminal law in time, criminal non-retroactivity governs, but it also has its exceptions, in terms of law favorable to convict.
