This essay addresses the crimes of sexual exploitation, pimping, ruffianism, as well as the corruption of minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation, facts that are related to prostitution, and reflects on the right to sexual freedom, and the risks involved in the new models of sexual exploitation, which promote prostitution, evaluating in the latter case what its possible regulation means from the perspective of gender violence.
