This research article, acknowledging the technological advances in education, presented a systematic review of the literature on curricular and didactic strategies implemented for the teaching of mathematics in rural contexts of Colombia. The objective was to analyze the existing body of knowledge on curricular and didactic strategies implemented in Colombian rural contexts between 2015 and 2025 for the teaching of mathematics. Based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and the SPIDER model, 20 studies conducted between 2015 and 2025 were analyzed, addressing educational practices in scenarios characterized by low connectivity and infrastructure limitations. The results evidenced central trends: the effectiveness of contextualized strategies; the growing use of offline digital resources; gamification; curriculum recontextualization; and teacher training. It was concluded that digital equity in Colombian rural areas depends less on device access and more on curricular relevance and didactic innovation, which, in turn, is conditioned by teacher training.
