This article intends to answer the question: what is the relationship of the spacetime categories with the identity process of the characters in the novel Los cuatro espejos?
To do this, I proceed to determine what is the structure that the space-time categories trace, identify the main space-times that appear in the text, what values are associated with and
what are the socio-ideological implications that these three elements have in the constructions identity of the characters, mainly in Charles McForbes, the protagonist.
