Abstract

Bullying starts as a game and when it move along with interpersonal relationship, is very difficult to take control as soon as it reach power. Students under this situation can be humiliate morally and physically.

The objective of this Project is to promote routed strategies to achieve practical and adequate behaviors in the students of Samuel Boyd High School, in San Juan Community, Colón. The problem was identify through interviews to teachers, , families, students, and also,  by means of direct observation in their behaviors.

The methodology used came from the Logic. Framework Matrix, Where three subprograms accomplished for students, parents and teachers. As results, each group developed psychoeducational activities as; workshops, debate movies, knowledge tests and a seminar; to keep the motivation in the three groups.

The achievement of the purpose and the end of the project was successfully, because 95% of the students were sensitized when they practiced the bullying. Another 90% learnt to handle their emotions and values appropriately.

In the subprogram for parents, 50% of the students who received the right discipline got a critical knowledge about bullying. In the subprogram for teachers, we developed a seminar with all the proposal activities in agreement to the product, the 90% of the teachers got the necessary motivation to keep harmony and the right school performance in the students; so we fulfilled the goals set.

I n conclusion, this project was highly profitable for all the participants, since their beginnings, hey showed interest and commitment with the Project. For this reason, we could interpret the hypothesis of intervention saying:

“          The intervention of change of behavior with regard of the practices of bullying in the students of Samuel Boyd School, let the achievement of the group armony”.
