Abstract

This research aims to adapt Bernardo E.'s (2017) instrument on virtual education and student satisfaction in virtual courses.

Methodology: The descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using a sample of 100 students of the VIII level in the nursing bachelor's degree. The instrument underwent face validation by experts to verify the understanding of the items in the new context and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha. Results: The evaluation of experts yield a rank ratio coefficient above 0.95 for all items and an overall coefficient of 0.95. The instrument, Virtual education and student satisfaction in virtual courses,” demonstrated an overall Cronbach's Alpha of 0.92.  Conclusion: The instrument shows acceptable values for the variables of student satisfaction in virtual classes and education indicating its suitability for use in future research.
