The present investigation is based on giving the value of the relationship between cooperatives and the individual, allowing to know the incidence of cooperativism in a solidarity, fair and equitable socioeconomic model. The organization of people has managed to meet their needs together. And make known, to what extent the cooperative model had an impact on the integral development of man, delivering dignified values and principles that elevates his quality of life, in a more dignified way, in the face of a crisis of values that terrifies and produces stupor in the country. The quantitative method was used, collecting the information between associates and directors of the multi-service cooperatives of the province of Panama. For the Cooperative Movement, it is important to promote education and training, as well as ensure cooperative values and principles: voluntary and open membership, democratic management by members, economic participation of members, autonomy and independence of the cooperative, right of associates to education, training and information, cooperation between cooperatives, and interest in the community. It should be remembered that cooperatives always worked in a complex environment. Moreover, social inequality, imbalances, for which a group of people feel the threat of exclusion and seek themselves organizational alternatives, new ways of acting and inventing economic action schemes that allow the elimination of extreme poverty and poverty reduction; and with it open the social pyramid.
