Abstract

The purpose of this research is to establish a strategic management of human resources aligned to the mission, vision and organizational objectives, which contributes to improving the competitiveness and innovation of insurance companies registered in Panama, considering that today it is considered the key to success. success of a company and its management is qualified as the essence of business management. To understand this problem, innovation must be understood as the ability to generate and incorporate knowledge to give creative answers to the problems of the present. Insurance companies can favor the technical training of skills for their workers, which allow them to carry out a variety of tasks and make it possible to rotate between the different existing positions and the new ones that may be created, at the same time as a more general training that allows them to allow to know the operation of the system and take on new tasks. In the current situation, it is seen as a key factor to improve the competitiveness of companies and promote sustainable organizational development.
